Body Wrapping / Body Exfoliation
Diploma
Body Wrapping:-
Body wraps are very popular at beauty salons and spas all over
the world.
Many spa body wrap treatments around the world help their customers tone
and soften the skin while removing those unwanted toxins, excess inches
and water in the body. They are known to have natural substances which
have a combination of natural minerals and herbs that help condition
our skin as well as help us lose inches. Body wrap benefits are noticed
right away.
However, the interstitial fluids and toxins re-gather, as a result regular
body wraps can give better long-term body wrap benefits.
This course covers
the underpinning knowledge needed so you can add body wrapping to your
treatment list.
Body Exfoliation:-
• Exfoliators
are used for the removal of dead cells from the surface of
the skin and stimulates the blood and lymph circulation in the area that
has been treated.
• Exfoliation stimulates the flow of blood to the surface of the skin and
the products applied to the skin after exfoliation are easily absorbed
in the dermal layers.
• Fine abrasive materials can be massaged over the surface of the skin
to
remove the hardened rougher layer of the skin and this will also remove
any excess cells that have not been removed by the cleansing.
• The exfoliation should be carried out on a weekly basis to brighten up
the
complexion and refine the skin texture
This course covers the underpinning
knowledge needed so you can add body exfoliation to your treatment list.
Body Brushing:-
Body brusshing is an easy and inexpensive way of stimulating
the circulation and lymphatic system, helping to eliminate toxins. The skin
is an organ of elimination, just like the kidneys and liver and even without
extra help, it discharges more than a pound of waste products every day.
Given the extra boost of body brushing, this elimination process can become
much more effective, not only improving the appearance of your skin but
also giving general health benefits - such as improved blood circulation
and immune system. Dry body brushing is one of the best ways to care for
your skin. It helps to break up fatty deposits, aids in lymphatic drainage
and detoxification, and stimulates circulation on top of the basic exfoliation.
Body brushing improves cellulite and helps reduce water retention, leaving
you’re your skin feeling smoother and firmer. Body brushing is often
done in spas as part of detoxification and slimming treatment. The gentle
massaging motion of the bristles has a beneficial effect on areas of cellulite,
and it is an effective treatment for helping to eliminate toxins from the
body.
This course covers the underpinning knowledge needed so you can
add body brushing to your treatment list.
