Terms & Conditions

Appointments - Punctuality would be greatly appreciated. If you arrive late for your treatment, then we regret that your treatment time may be reduced.

Bookings - A 50% deposit is required for appointments of over 30 minutes. Full payment may be required for some bookings.

Late Cancellations - 48hrs notice is required when cancelling or altering any treatment otherwise a 50% charge of the treatment value will be made. Some bookings require 7 days notice, you will be advised when the appointment is made.

Availability - We recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure that you get an appointment that suits you.

Gift Vouchers - These are valid for 3 months and can be purchased at reception or over the phone and are non refundable. Gift vouchers are not valid against freelance treatments (Reiki, Make- Up, Mind & Soul Therapies, or Allergy Testing).

Mail Order - Vouchers and products can be ordered and paid for by phone.

Duration of Treatments - All times are approximate.

Products - We stock Spa Journey, M.D. Formulations, Creative, i.d. Bare Escentuals, Organic Essentially Yours Skin Care and Ayurvedic products.
